As Global Manager for Field Service Engineering, you will lead a global team responsible for performing installation, commissioning, and upgrade projects of Quintus presses. You will be responsible for an organization with 32 skilled co-workers with field service engineers, administrators, and two managers in the USA and China.

You will work with cutting edge technology delivering advanced high-pressure systems to market-leading companies around the world. It will be your responsibility to secure delivery according to plan and to optimize resources between projects. Together with Project Management you will be in charge of the Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test and lead the work on site with the launch of new products, upgrades, and maintenance projects.

An important part of the role will be to lead the development of efficient processes for site and service operations. You will also be a key player in the ongoing product development and an important link between sites and the home office. 

Quintus is proud to deliver high-quality products and world-class service to its customers. In this role, you will also be responsible for the technical support and to provide customer training. An important part of the HSE responsibility will be the continuous work to secure a safe working environment on site and qualified risk assessments in the projects.

You will work closely with Operations, primarily Product Management and Project Management, as well as with the global units. You report to the Director of Customer Service Support, Carlos Banegas. Travelling will be required in this role and your home location will be the headquarter in Västerås.

Your profile

You have a relevant degree preferably within Engineering.

You have 5-10 years of experience from managerial roles in an international and technology-driven organization. You are a confident leader and have experience in managing teams within field operations. You are skilled in MS Office and fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.

You have a genuine interest in people as well as in technology and have a strong customer focus. You are result-oriented, take initiative, and have good communication skills. Business-oriented change-leader, structured, and decision-making ability are qualities that describe you well. You create results through teamwork and collaboration.
